Lori Seal oversees the core operational activities at Blytheco. Her diverse skill set includes strategy, product portfolio, sales and channel, marketing, finance, support, internal operations, and acquisitions. Previously, Lori was a top Microsoft Gold Dynamics AX partner and also spent over 13 years at Sage. She serves on the Ethical Edge board and is a member of OCTANe.

Phil Sim specializes in business process evaluation and workflow optimization. His expertise with CRM systems, integrated ERP/CRM solutions, and vertical applications contribute to his leadership of Blytheco’s Professional Services division. Previously, he founded Integrated Tech, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Chad Gardner stewards the Finance and Human Resources activities for Blytheco. His array of experience includes strategic financial planning and analytics, operations automation, controllership, compensation design, supply chain, corporate facilities management, and an 18 year career with Sage Software. He is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

With over 38 years in the accounting software industry, Stephen Blythe is a recognized authority in the design, implementation, and support of business software. He has been at the forefront of integrating computers and software into corporate accounting, sales, and business environments. Stephen is a CPA with experience from Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young and serves on the boards of numerous organizations.

Dave Butler has been involved in the software industry for over 23 years. He is the the former president of Sage software and CEO of Paciolan. Dave has led teams to build companies in both B2B software and eCommerce space via both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. He has a bachelor’s in finance from CSU Fullerton.

As the former CFO of Sage software and the former president of Western Digital, Tim Leyden has over 35 years of experience in the computer hardware and software industries. Tim is skilled in all functions of global operations, including strategy, finance and accounting, manufacturing, continuous process improvement, engineering and IT functional leadership, mergers, and acquisitions/integration. He has a master’s in finance from UC Irvine.

Barry Teitz has over 20 years of sales and managerial experience. His background includes Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, and Epicor in roles spanning channel, enterprise new business sales, and account management. Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from South Dakota State University.

Agi Saari drives strategy and growth initiatives, champions world-class client experiences, and leads Blytheco's project management team. She brings a wealth of experience having served in numerous leadership, operational, and consulting roles in the technology and professional services space, with specialization in engagement management and the development of project management best practices and governance. Agi holds an M.B.A from Pepperdine University.

Kendra Silva has over 20 years of Human Resource and Risk Mitigation experience. She managed the payroll, recruiting, and administration departments in her previous roles within the construction industry. Kendra is excited to be part of the software industry and further the development and growth of the Blytheco team. She received a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton.

With over 13 years of experience, Jessica Valenzuela has expertise in digital strategy, marketing, and web design. She designs successful strategic marketing content and specializes in optimizing marketing operations. Jessica received a bachelor’s degree in communications and technology from the University of Phoenix and is working toward a master’s degree in marketing.
