Blytheco’s eight-step process begins with discovery and finishes with training and a successful go live. Over the years, we’ve learned to leverage our experience, knowledge, and industry expertise to develop a unique model for software implementations. Our proven process allows us to create successful experiences and positive outcomes for our current and prospective clients.
Every business is unique. Our team conducts detailed discovery over multiple sessions with you and other key stakeholders to uncover challenges, assess business pains, and document your business requirements. It is critical that we take our time at this stage to truly learn about your business and determine the right course of action for your company..
Blytheco aims to accurately capture your business challenges, as well as document our observations, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement. Throughout every project, we work collaboratively with your team to identify your business challenges, internal processes, workflows, customizations, and opportunities for growth. This documentation serves as the framework for your success that we will reference throughout your project.
At this stage, we review your key processes, workflows, improvement opportunities, technology, and training requirements. Based on our industry expertise and the information our team gathers, we share our informed recommendation on which solution or solutions best fit your specific objectives and will bring the greatest ROI to your business.
Once a solution is selected, Blytheco outlines the high-level cost estimates within a budgetary estimate. Once we are aligned on the overall cost estimates for the solution and project, proceed to solution demonstrations.
Blytheco takes a very personalized approach when executing software demonstrations. Our objective is to present the software in the most relevant way possible to show how your most pressing business challenges can be solved within the solution. We don’t want to simply show the software, but rather show you what the software and Blytheco can do for your business.
Our team now conducts a collaborative scoping session with your team to go through each module and functional area, discussing the logistics of data migration, in-scope vs. out-of-scope items, and defines the amount of time required for each item. We believe in full transparency with our project scopes, which is why we perform them together! Our team utilizes the project scope to prepare the services agreement. Our agreements include a detailed breakdown of the information gathered to date, final product costs, and professional services scope.At this stage, you’re ready for sign-off.
We kick off the implementation by working one-on-one with your team to ensure proper set up, data-migration, installation, workflows, automation, and more. We spend time configuring your software to meet your business needs and challenges. At Blytheco, all new projects are guided by our in-house project management team to keep your project on time and on budget.
Change management, proper training, and user adoption are a huge focus at this stage. We spend time with your users both one-on-one and in virtual group sessions to train on the newly implemented features, processes, and workflows. Our goal is to ensure your company is comfortable in your new software and able to take full advantage of the functionality available to you. Go-live is the official launch of your new system. This stage fully transitions your business to your new software and we “hand you the keys.” We stay in close communication to ensure your team does not run into any challenges post go-live.
