Support services include: setup, integration, data import/export, custom reports, data file rebuilds, error resolution, procedural consultation, onsite or classroom training and more. Support is billed on an hourly basis. Blytheco Support is open 12 hours daily from 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM PST. We provide on-site, nationwide remote access, Internet and phone support.
