The team at LSI refers to the Sage SalesLogix software as SAM (Sales Account Management) and since its implementation the results and forecast look promising.
LSI experienced 45% growth in the first year of the implementation.
“SAM has greatly assisted in getting our Account Executives in front of more people and is helping to make them more efficient. The end result has been more business for LSI,” continued Mr. Fahy.
Sage SalesLogix was able to provide LSI’s salespeople with an application that assisted them in gaining control over customer information. On a day-to-day basis the salespeople’s jobs were made easier with the automation of such processes as development of personalised newsletters, ‘call back’ and ‘to do’ lists.'
“Account executives have reaped the benefits of increased visibility of accounts, giving them information to hand about their customers’ most recent and historical activities and engagements,” said Mr. Fahy. “SAM automates all of this activity for LSI. We have found that consistency in our approach really supports our business development and brand awareness.”
The benefits of Sage SalesLogix have not just been confined to the sales personnel. The entire company has also seen great advantages and efficiency as a result of implementing Sage SalesLogix.
“Sage SalesLogix was implemented in less than a month. The new Web-based application has been well accepted, and has enabled us to act as one company across Asia,” stated Mr. Fahy. “LSI will be relying heavily on the Sage SalesLogix application, to ensure our proposed expansion into Europe is a success.” |
