What is implementation and why is it priced separately?
Implementation is the additional services required by your company from the Blytheco team in order to get your system up and running efficiently and effectively. Our team will work with you to install the software, make any customizations & modifications necessary to meet your specific needs as well as offer training, consulting, custom development, 3rd party product integrations and data migration from the old system to a new system.
How is Implementation priced?
Implementation is quoted out by our consulting team after detailed discovery of your specific needs. The price of implementation would ultimately depend on the amount of work required. The cost would simply be the total hours of the project multiplied by our consulting teams hourly rate.
What sort of support plan does Blytheco offer?
Blytheco is here with you for the long haul. We have consultants ready to assist you with ongoing support for any claims or projects you may need assistance with while you are a client of Blytheco. With Blytheco, you are not locked into a support plan, you would simply pay as you go. In addition to our consulting expertise you would also have the option to reach out to sage directly for support. There are two maintenance & support options available through Sage; Silver Plans & Gold Plans.

Silver Plan: 21% of the software cost paid annually. This plan includes 5 support cases with Sage each year. Gold Plan: 25% of the software cost paid annually. This plan includes unlimited support cases with Sage each year.
