This Saturday morning, I very foolishly tried to fix something I was not capable of fixing on my own and I reinitialized the entire A/R file set. I emailed Mark and Mark responded to me on Saturday with an offer to help. We ended up agreeing that I would be onsite at 2:00 and he would remotely connect and help me.

There was no one onsite with me who understood how the backup/restore files were set up or where they backed up to. Instead, Mark was able to find the correct files and successfully restored our A/R files. Since the closing for the last good day had been erased, Mark also had to restore our G/L, IM, and SO files. At this point in time, everything appears to work as normal. Mark took two hours of his Sunday afternoon away from family to help me out and I can’t tell you how good it is to know that someone ‘has my back’ with this system. I appreciate Mark and hope you will extend to him beyond what I’ve already told him my thanks for his help and dedication."
