Collect-It scans your Receivables data in MAS 90 or MAS 200 for the parameters that you define (number of days past due, minimum amount to collect, and more), and automatically creates a file for transmission to GreenFlag. You can choose the message style for GreenFlag's recovery campaign ("diplomatic" or "intensive"). GreenFlag sends communications to your customers via US mail from the appropriate local office (GreenFlag has over 120 national offices). Recovered funds are mailed directly to you. GreenFlag does not charge a percentage, and its per account fees average $10. You can then update GreenFlag with payments received, and GreenFlag’s system removes paid customers from their communications.

Sage Software has made Sage KnowledgeSync a "Sage Endorsed Solution" and Sage KnowledgeSync is now the Alerting and Workflow solution of choice for use with Sage applications.
