With a few simple setup options, you are ready to upload the outstanding invoice and customer information that you choose, sending it automatically to GreenFlag™ Profit Recovery by Transworld Systems, an innovative, web-based collections management service. GreenFlag Profit Recovery's automated system then makes regular contact with your customers until payment is received or you are satisfied.

Collect-It scans your Receivables data in MAS 90, MAS 200 or MAS 500 for the parameters that you define (number of days past due, minimum amount to collect, and more), and automatically creates a file for transmission to GreenFlag Profit Recovery. You can choose the message style for GreenFlag Profit Recovery's campaign ("diplomatic" or "intensive"). GreenFlag Profit Recovery sends communications to your customers via US mail from the appropriate local office (GreenFlag Profit Recovery has over 120 national offices). Recovered funds are mailed directly to you. GreenFlag Profit Recovery does not charge a percentage, and its per account fees average $10. You can then update GreenFlag GreenFlag Profit Recovery with payments received, and GreenFlag GreenFlag Profit Recovery’s system removes paid customers from their communications.

When our clients come to us with a business challenge, we are often pleased to show them a solution within their existing system.
