About Clinical Trial DBMS 2.0.

The Clinical Trial Database Management System 2.0 is an application built for clinical trials in the United States. The application is a three-tier, web based application designed to capture and manage clinical trial data efficiently and effectively. CTDBMS 2.0 is developed with .NET technology and utilizes a SQL Server backend.

Unlike many systems where the clinical trial works around the computerized system, CTDBMS is made to be customizable to work with the clinical trial.

CTDBMS 2.0 Features include the following:


Completely web based. Can be accessed anywhere in the world as long as an Internet connection exists
Built with the latest technologies - .NET and SQL Server
CRFs are built and stored in the database, making modification and customizations extremely easy
Easiest interface ever built. Uses objects and controls that are similar to Outlook and other Microsoft Products. If a user can use the Internet, they can use CTDBMS 2.0
Ranges can be defined in admin panel
Advanced checks and ranges can be built into CRFs
Since we are a software company that built this product, we can customize the application to work with your business rules!
Integration with ACCPAC CRM (optional)

CTDBMS 2.0 is designed with the following modules:


FORM MODULE
Enables the user to enter dual key CRFs.
Ability for comparison of data between two keys to insure accurate data input.
Printer friendly mode.
All entries are user and date stamped, making audits easy.
All errors and modifications are logged in database.
Ranges can be inputted to generate reports on the fly of abnormal data.

SECURITY MODULE
Allows the configuration of unlimited employees and access groups.
Security design complies with 21 CFR 11 FDA Guidance on Computerized Systems Used iin Clinical Trials.
Changes in security level. users and login attepmts are logged to the database for audits.

SITE AND PATIENT MODULE
Allows easy inputting of testing sites and patients.
Patients data conform to HIPAA standards
Keeps track of demographic data as well as Surgery Dates, Implanted Eye, etc…
For sites, keeps track of demographic data plus miscellaneous info such as IRB Approvals and Renewals

REPORT MODULE
Core of application. Data is meaningless unless it can be interpreted in a report fashion.
Report Builder allows the user to access any and all data in an Excel Spreadsheet Format.
Printer friendly mode.
Built in reports have Summary and Detail Mode.
Custom Reports can be built with Crystal Reports

ADMINISTRATOR MODULE
Create CRFs for the system on the fly!  Includes the ability to create data fields and layout CRF screens.
Field selector for built in reports
Group Manager - Allows the administrator to create custom security groups
Access Export - All or selected data can be exported to an Access Database
