  The Worlds of Millennium organize all of the system's features for easy access:
   
 

The Profiles World
Profiles World holds all constituent-based information. The core of this world is the Basic Data Table that holds the primary identifying information for each constituent. Millennium collects comprehensive information about your constituents, including biographical information, corporate and foundation profiles, gift processing, membership and flexible campaign management.

The information is divided into three categories:

 
Biographical — Name, Address, Basic Information, Relationship, Correspondence, Education, and Employment Data.
Giving — Detailed and Summary Tracking of Gifts, Dues, and Membership.
Prospect — Detailed Prospect Tracking Information, including Planned Giving, Proposals, Media and Financial Data, Moves Management, System Events, and Custom Tables. Available in Biographical and Prospect.
   
 

The Events World
Plan and execute special events sponsored by your organization. Oversee the details of each overall event, as well as activities within the event and each constituent’s participation. Events World helps you manage it all, from targeting invitation lists to tracking ticket sales. It’s unique drag-and-drop visual seating chart allows you to not only define the tables and assign seats, but also to view and print each table layout and manually move people around.

   
 

Executive Analysis components are distributed within the Worlds of Millennium providing the user with powerful and easy-to-use data analysis capabilities.

   
 

The Reporting World
Millennium not only provides the ability to select, format and publish data extracted from the database, but also lets your staff effectively analyze the data in a format that will assist you with all your campaign management efforts.

The point-and-click reporting interface simplifies query building, eliminating the need to know technical field names. Millennium includes more than 250 ready-to-use reports and uses Crystal Decisions, for more sophisticated reports to cover every aspect of your fundraising program.

   
 

The Bookmarks World
allows you to quickly access your prospects or favorite reports for viewing or execution.

   
 

The Tools World
Tools World is used to administer Millennium. Lookup tables, utilities, and security are managed from this location inside the application. Tools World provides control of various tasks critical for maintaining and managing Millennium.

   
 

The Agents World allows Millennium to monitor critical database events and alert you as soon as something important happens.

   
  Additional Functionality
 
Millennium’s Agent functionality notifies users when key actions/changes occur within the database (i.e. address change, gift was made, campaign benchmark ccurred, to-do item is to be done).
Millennium Bookmark functionality lets users directly access key prospects, constituents, and reports.
Executive License Tools provide capability for mapping constituent data, on-line analytical reporting, and viewing constituent information via a Palm Pilot or Pocket PC.
Hyperbolic display of relationships and giving history.
Industry leader with over 250 standard reports included with the system.
Optional subscription services to provide regular updates to changes in US zip codes and updates to area codes.
Optional CorrectCall data enrichment service available, which provides quarterly processing of addresses and phone numbers.
Optional CorrectGM data enrichment service available, which provides integration with HEP’s matching gift database.
Optional e-philanthropy component available for on-line directory.
