Sage Fundraising 100 Modules |
| |
The core Sage Fundraising 100 system offers
a wide range of campaign and donor management tools.
Add-on modules enable you to expand your fundraising
efforts: you can create event plans and track registrations,
develop a detailed system for donor recognition, devise
a direct response campaign, and much, much more.
Core
Modules
Constituent Management — Capture unlimited
constituent data. Contact information, demographics,
and donor preferences are all stored in one easily accessible
constituent view.
Campaign Management — Manage
multiple, concurrent campaigns at the level of complexity
that suits your organization. The snapshot provides a
quick overview of where you are in your campaign.
Campaign
Structures — Flexible campaign management structures
let you view your campaign successes at a macro or micro
level.
Attributes — Custom codes that let you track,
query, and report on any data you need to maximize your
constituent profiles.
Notes — Maintain detailed
information about your constituents in notes. You can
categorize notes for easy retrieval and attach external
files to increase your knowledge of your constituents.
Relationships — Build profiles of your constituents
by tracking their one-to-one relationships, including
relationships between parents, children, and other family
members.
Circles — Track complex relationships
between groups of constituents by creating a circle.
The financial reporting option lets you view the total
giving made by members of the circle. Gift and
Pledge
Processing — Quick Entry tools let you create custom
data entry templates. Easily view detailed transaction
histories for each constituent.
Payment Processing — Apply
payments to multiple receivables and track payments made
through any payment method. The Automatic Payment Application
option streamlines the application of payments to receivables.
Tributes — Easily set up an honor or memorial donation
for any individual or company and notify the appropriate
party when the donation arrives. Use the standard forms
interface to create tribute cards and notifications easily.
Project & Tasks (including Contact Management) — Provides
comprehensive tools for prospecting, contact, and moves
management. Create a simple list of tasks or a complex
project consisting of many steps and tasks.
Workers and
Prospects — Create relationships between your canvassers
and the prospects they contact on your behalf. Create
a direct one-to-one worker/prospect relationship or build
a detailed hierarchy of campaign volunteers in a Campaign
Team Structure.
IRS Tax Substantiation Letters and
Revenue Canada Tax Receipting — Full receipting options
that meet IRS and Revenue Canada standards. Output can
be printed directly onto a form or merged to a form letter.
Grouping (Query Tool) — A powerful data mining
tool that lets you create queries using any field in
the system. Save a library of criteria selection statements
that all users can easily insert into their groups. Transfer
functionality lets you exchange groups with other Sage
Fundraising 100 sites and with Sage Software support
staff.
Adhoc Reporting — Use this drag-and-drop
report writer to create custom reports and exports. Transfer
functionality lets you exchange adhoc reports and exports
with other Sage Fundraising 100 sites and with Sage Software
support staff.
Job Queue Processing — Save time
and system resources on your desktop by submitting large
print jobs to a queue that can process the job at a specific
scheduled time from your desktop or from another computer.
Security — Secure your system with comprehensive
security that you can create at the user, departmental,
and global level.
Sponsor Sheets — Useful for fundraising
events, like walkathons, where constituents raise money
by having people sponsor them. Enter the totals from
a participant’s sponsor sheet and then link individual
donations to that participant.
Additional Modules
Awards — Define
award classes, assign requirements and let the system
reference your data to generate awards automatically.
Custom Fields — Help adapt Sage Fundraising 100
to work like your organization. Define additional custom
constituent fields in Sage Fundraising 100 and customize
a view and edit form to display and capture this information.
Data Import — Import data directly from external
sources. The import module works with a wide variety
of source file formats so you can add or update data
with ease.
Event Processing — Plan all aspects
of an event, from registrations to expenses, and from
agendas to seating arrangements. Event sessions let you
track registrations and create seating plans for smaller
breakout sessions within a larger event. The event snapshot
provides fast access to event statistics.
Volunteer Management — Use
this module in conjunction with the event manager to
maintain a list the volunteers required for an event.
Create tasks and shifts for each event, assign volunteers,
and keep a record of the number of hours each volunteer
worked at the event.
Solicitation Manager — Organize
and track the activities associated with your direct
marketing operations. Build a solicitation with a series
of lists, selects, and packages. Add costs to all applicable
levels of the solicitation to generate a detailed analysis
of the gross and net earned per piece of mail.
Sage MIP
Endowment Management — Provides the tools to administer,
view, and manage the details of complex endowment funds
and donor relationships from a single system. This system
can integrate with your Sage Fundraising 100 campaign
system or be operated as a stand-alone solution.
GL Interface — Campaign — Export
your financial campaign data into your preferred accounting
package using a process that is smooth and accurate.
Customize the export for your specific needs or take
advantage of the many Sage Fundraising 100 interfaces
for off-the-shelf accounting software packages.
GL Interface — Endowment — Export
your financial endowment data into your preferred accounting
package using a process that is smooth and accurate.
Customize the export for your specific needs or take
advantage of the many Sage Fundraising 100 interfaces
for off-the-shelf accounting software packages.
Membership
Processing — For organizations that raise funds
through membership, create membership definitions to
track the cost, duration, and create rules for use of
each membership type. Generate cards and renewal notices
and use built-in utilities to lapse and mass renew memberships.
Pre-Authorized Payment Processing — Automates and
streamlines fundraising by allowing your organization
to process credit card and pre-authorized payments on
a recurring basis.
VFP Report Writer Interface — Users
with the appropriate technical expertise can lay out
adhoc reports with the Visual FoxPro Report Writer directly.
SQL Server Activation — Lets your organization
run Sage Fundraising 100 using the power of Microsoft
Sequel Server Database as the backend database.
Enhanced
WAN Support — Creates and maintains up-to-date
local copies of the static files used to run Sage Fundraising
100, like executable files, reports, views, security
task definitions, data dictionary and so on, to reduce
traffic over the slow WAN link.
Static Copy Reporting
Utility — Set up a static copy of the system and,
if desired, have it refreshed automatically as part of
nightly backup procedures. You can submit jobs (reports,
exports, etc.) from the live system to run against this
static copy, reducing the workload on the live system
and allowing users to run financial comparison reports
without worrying about differences introduced by the
ongoing data entry between and during report runs.
Address
Verification and Correction — A dedicated tool
to maintain the accuracy of address information through
monthly change of address updates via the CorrectDATA
Service Center, a division of Sage Software Nonprofit
Solutions, with a subscription to the CorrectAddress
service, or through other third-party vendors. This functionality
is now available for U.S. addresses only.
Grants Management — Track
grant information from the initial request, through the
various approval steps, and, finally, to the disbursement
of money to an external grantee, if approved. Grantees
include both individual and corporate constituents. If
you use both the campaign and endowment systems you can
pay disbursements from both campaign sources and endowment
funds. |
