The Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) was implemented in an effort to provide the definitive data standard for software vendors that develop payment applications. Client Survey Update No matter what industry you are in, your clients are your top priority. In an increasingly competitive marketplace, the relationship that you have with your clients becomes the gateway to your success and the predictor of your future. Fred Reichheld writes in his book “The Ultimate Question" about a measurement he has found that ties client relationships to predicting future revenue. Those businesses that intentionally strive to improve the quality of the ongoing relationship with their clients can increase their revenue growth over their competitors at But how do we know and measure how our clients feel about us? One method is the deployment of ongoing surveys to better understand how your clients feel about you. Only they can tell you if you are improving those relationships which drive ongoing business. At Blytheco we know this is important and we have initiated a series of surveys delivered via email, which you may have already received, or will receive in the next few months. We are using Swiftpage along with SalesLogix to send our survey, capture results and analyze where we are doing well and where we need to improve.
