All of the interactive dashboards will provide drill-down functionality. The graphs and charts allow you to quickly spot potential problems. From there, you can drill down into the detail to quickly get to the root of the problem. KPIs such as Fundraising Spending Ratio and Quick Ratio quickly inform executives and board members of overall organizational performance.

Using Business Intelligence
The Visual Analyzer dashboards are flexible and customizable, suiting the specialized needs of a variety of staff members.

Executive Users
Executive users include executive directors, general managers, the board of directors, and other senior managers within the organization. On their dashboards they will probably want to see the high-level KPIs and ratios as well as revenue and expenditure trends.

Managers
Accounting, department, or program managers in your organization will likely spend more time using the dashboard data to perform more detailed analysis, including filtering on dates and other reporting metrics.
