SOX and MIP

eFiling through Aatrix® is the process of electronically submitting your W2 and 1099 Taxing information to Federal and/or State authorities. It is handled in MIP through the integration with Aatrix®.

The price depends on the filing you are doing and how many records you are filing.

The pricing is as follows:

• 1099 Federal Filing Free 1099 State Filing: $.49/Vendor with a $19.95 minimum charge
• W2 Federal Filing Free W2 State Filing: $.49/Employee with a $19.95 minimum charge
• W2 Local Filing: $.69/Employee in addition to other charges

For both 1099’s and W2’s there is a complete filing solution. Aatrix® will do your Federal and State filing as well as print and mail your 1099’s/W2’s. The cost of this is $1.69 per employee/vendor. There is a $19.95 minimum charge.
