What is changing at Macdonald Consulting Group?
We will no longer be using the Macdonald Consulting Group name and will be called “Blytheco, LLC.” Very little will change regarding our day to day relationships. Our employees are excited about this opportunity and look forward to continuing to work with you and service your business needs. Our goals and expectations will be to provide you with a seamless transition, while offering you expanded services and products with which to grow and develop your business. |

Why did Macdonald Consulting Group and Blytheco decide to merge?
Blytheco and Macdonald Consulting Group have collaborated, for the benefit of our joint clients, for many years. A similar business vision and approach to product knowledge and expertise, customer service and valuing team members all played a significant role in the decision making process. Merging Blytheco and Macdonald Consulting Group became the next logical growth step for both companies. We recognized this merger was an excellent solution to meet the growing demands of our national client base, allowing us more flexibility as a team and the ability to expand our professional service and product offerings. |

Where will the Blytheco LLC staff be located?
We will maintain all of our existing Blytheco Inc. & Macdonald Consulting Group offices and staff and continue to recruit top talent in the industry. Now that we are Blytheco LLC, we will serve our clients nationwide with regional headquarters in Laguna Hills, California and Atlanta, Georgia and offices in 12 states (California, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Tennessee, New Jersey, Texas, Missouri, Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Oklahoma). |

Will phone numbers change?
No, all of the phone numbers you use today will remain the same. |

Will email addresses change?
Macdonald Consulting Group team members will begin to use email addresses with a blytheco.com URL (for example, rmenter@blytheco.com). However, all “mcginc.com” email addresses will still be live and maintained and forwarded to the new email addresses with no interruption. |

How will Blytheco LLC represent my company to Sage Software?
Blytheco is a Sage Software “Select Partner” and a member of Sage’s exclusive “Chairman’s Club.” We are also the largest Sage Software ERP solutions provider in the country. Blytheco will continue to serve on Sage Software’s Business Advisory Counsels and beta testing teams and will continue to provide development services to Sage. We communicate with Sage Software on an ongoing basis related to enhancing their products to best meet the needs of
our clients. Through these relationships Blytheco LLC has the active support of top Sage Software executives and we will continue to bring you the benefits of those relationships. |

How does this affect my account with Sage Software?
The Sage Software top executive team has been extremely supportive of this merger process. Based on this merger, Blytheco and Macdonald Consulting Group customer records at Sage Software will automatically transition to Blytheco LLC. All maintenance and support plans will continue, our access to your account information will be unaffected and no documentation is required by our customers during this transition. |

Will you change my Billing Arrangement?
Billing for all services before March 1st will be provided by Blytheco Inc. and Macdonald Consulting Group and are due to and payable to Blytheco Inc. and Macdonald Consulting Group. All services provided and product sales executed by our team members after March 1st will be billed by Blytheco LLC and are due to and payable to Blytheco LLC. Payment processing will move to our office in Laguna Hills, CA. All invoices after March 1st will reflect this. We understand there will be a transitional period. Our administrative staff will ensure we meet our goal of uninterrupted service to our clients. |

Will my Billing Rates change?
For the next six months, Blytheco LLC will maintain all existing client billing rates. During the next few months, you may be contacted by a team member to review and update the documentation between our firms. |

Yes. All Blytheco Inc. & Macdonald Consulting Group services agreements and statements of work will remain in place and will be honored by Blytheco LLC. |

Who do I call for phone support?
It is business as usual as we wish to have minimal impact on our business relationships. Please continue to call the same business phone numbers and utilize the current staff and resources presently assigned to your account. For the convenience of all our clients, we will soon announce the roll out of our exciting new 12 hour nationwide technical support operation. Our merger will also expand your options for resources available for your projects. |
