| SpeedTax links the accounting system to the SpeedTax Central Service™ to result in correct sales tax calculations dropped directly into your invoicing or customer set-up processes, so you avoid rate look-ups and any potential manual error. SpeedTax has integrations into leading accounting packages and shopping carts, as well as a well-documented and open API allowing programmers to integrate the service into almost any system—including home-grown applications. Real-time address validation and jurisdiction mapping
SpeedTax can validate all the addresses for your customers, and for as many addresses for each customer as is needed. SpeedTax verifies that each address is valid. This can be done in batch mode, and is also verified each time you set up a new customer or process an invoice. If the address is changed, SpeedTax automatically validates the new address so you will never have a bad address in your system again. Jurisdiction mapping is done by specific address, also known as rooftop mapping. There is no more precise and detailed jurisdiction mapping service available. |

Taxability Mapping
All clients are given access to SpeedTax taxability tables, a comprehensive list of product codes for every industry. It’s as simple as dragging your product list across the screen to link to the codes, and all rules throughout the country are automatically invoked whenever you sell one of those items. There are no additional fees for this valuable service, and the tax rules are continuously maintained by SpeedTax so your calculations are accurate all the time. |

Nexus Management
From the SpeedTax Console™ you can add and delete states and local jurisdictions for which you want to collect sales tax. You can set these up for future dates and let the system take care of correct calculations for you, beginning and ending on dates according to your instructions. This ensures you include sales tax where and when you should. |

Executive Reporting Dashboard
The flexible executive dashboard allows executives to see trends and summaries, in columnar and graphic formats, of any sales data. You select the data you wish to review and choose the information you want to track. The dashboard is a business intelligence tool included for all Core clients. |
