Version 4.2 — Why we recommend that you upgrade.

Blytheco is recommending that our clients upgrade their Sage MAS 90/200 systems to the latest version. This version (4.2) is very stable and we are very happy with the results of the upgrades we have already completed for our clients. Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Version 4.2 is packed with tools and features that help professionals across your business—from the executive suite to accounting to operations—work smarter and more efficiently.

Blytheco recommends that our clients upgrade to this latest version. After extensive testing and many client installations, our experts are very pleased with the performance and stability of Version 4.2, and our clients are raving about the sophisticated new features!

Why Upgrade?

As of December 1, 2007, Sage Software will not provide any more year-end Accounts Payable, Payroll, Magnetic Media or Tax Table Updates for version 3.71.
As of December 1, 2008, Sage Software will no longer provide any telephone or email technical support for version 3.71.
Microsoft Vista is now supported by Version 4.20.
Version 4.20 introduces several new available modules, including integrated Fixed Assets, Business Insights Explorer, and SageCRM.

We strongly recommend that our clients engage with Blytheco, LLC to perform upgrade-related services. If you use any of the following features with your MAS 90 or MAS 200 system, special considerations may be required for your upgrade.

Third-party applications (i.e., add-ons from other Sage developers like Blytheco, JobOps, Scanco, or any EDI system)
Crystal Reports, particularly in Sales Order Processing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, RMA, or Bank Reconciliation
User-defined fields, or other features of the Custom Office module
Data imports or exports using the Visual Integrator or Import Master modules, including Dynalink integrations to SalesLogix
Forms may require changes

How to Upgrade:

Call Blytheco now or complete the form below to schedule a preliminary upgrade planning session. This session will focus on making the decisions needed to adequately determine the impact of the upgrade on your system.
If your Sage Subscription Plan is not current, contact your account manager to renew. Current releases of MAS 90 and MAS 200 are available only to customers on current plans.


Things to consider:
	As of 12/1/08, Sage Software will no longer provide any Phone Support for version 3.71.
	As of 12/1/07, Sage Software will not provide any more year-end Accounts Payable, Payroll, Magnetic Media or Tax Table Updates for version 3.71.
	Please don’t try this upgrade yourself – Blytheco has a proven methodology to plan and perform this upgrade
	If you have enhancements, custom modifications or other add-on products, we will need to get upgrades for those products as well.
	If you have Custom Reports, they may need to be upgraded too.
