ARM Equipment Maintenance

The Equipment Maintenance feature of ARM provides a method of tracking vital details about each piece of serialized equipment your company owns. A large amount of data about each individual item is tracked by ARM: date purchased, price paid, accumulated revenue and costs, model number, weight, license number, manufacturer, and much more.

| Serialized Item Memos |
Enter and maintain nearly unlimited freeform text about an individual piece of equipment. Keep details on servicing or to describe scratches or dents existing before a rental. |
Mechanized Items |
For mechanized equipment, ARM can track the starting and current meter/odometer reading, and year-to-date, prior-year, and cumulative hours or miles used. |

As is true throughout ARM, you can customize the screens within Equipment Maintenance, renaming fields for your specific use, hiding fields, or even adding new fields. (Note: requires the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 Customizer module) |
View Summary or Detail Information |
View summarized statistics for an item, as well as data for each individual serial numbered item. |
| Serial Item on Repair Listing |
The Serial Item on Repair Listing reports all serialized items currently flagged with an on repair status. You may select a specific warehouse, item number and serial number, or choose a range for each. |
Serial Item Return-to-Stock Entry |
The Serial Item Return-to-Stock Entry allows you to change the repair status for items that were flagged for repair and are ready to be returned to stock. |
