Simplifies and streamlines Your Work

If your staff is still relying on paper files for researching purchasing or customer service questions, EZCM will simplify and streamline their work.  Uploading documents is as easy as attaching files to an e-mail, and accessing documents is as simple as one click. Documents can be indexed for easy retrieval, and changes are tracked via version control.

EZCM is a web-based system that is fully integrated with MAS and hosted within your system firewall. Your documents are stored on your company servers, ensuring security of your files.  Users can launch the web interface component from MAS, or access it outside of the MAS system for maximum flexibility.
