1.
Prepaid Annual Phone Support |
| |
Blytheco
offers the option to prepay an annual fee
to provide ONE YEAR of unlimited telephone
Enhancement support. |

2.
Hourly Support—Approved Credit |
| |
If
your company has read and signed our Billing
Policies and completed a Credit Application,
support can be provided on an hourly basis
at our standard billing rates. All support
time will be billed to your company as it
is incurred and billed on a semi-monthly basis.
Payment terms will be set at net 10 days.

3.
Hourly Support—Credit Card |
| |
Hourly
support is available for all Blytheco Enhancements,
as well as for Sage MAS 90. A valid VISA, MasterCard
or American Express card is required to obtain
hourly support. You may also choose to
prepay for the hourly support. (See rates
below) |

Blytheco Support Rates (Does not apply for Prepaid
Annual Phone Support)
Minimum charge for phone and remote access support is
.25 hours (15 minutes). Remote access charges will be
billed at $25 per hour in addition to support charges.
When support is being done via phone and remote access,
billing will be adjusted to account for both costs. All
time to research, duplicate, test or respond to the question
is chargeable. You will not be charged for calls related
to undocumented features or bugs in any Blytheco Enhancement.
Multiple calls regarding a similar topic may be combined
into one charge. Blytheco's billing rate is $37.50 -
$43.75 per 15 minutes for support and $6.25 per 15 minutes
for remote access charges. In the unlikely event that
we would need to travel to your facility for onsite help,
the travel rate is billed at $75.00/hour round trip. |
