The Service Work Order
Enhancement was designed to
help managers streamline the
time-consuming, and often
frustrating task of documenting
and fulfilling Maintenance
Requests.
By allowing
managers to
enter request
information
quickly,
including Tenant
Name, Unit, and
a description of
the problem,
documentation
of the Request
can be
completed immediately and
directly into the system.
Once a Service Work Order has
been entered, maintenance
workers can track the work
completed
on a time and
materials or fixed contract basis.
This information can be entered
into the system, which will track
the
budget information for each
specific Service Work Order.
Because the Service Work Order
system integrates with the PM2000
Property
Management
Module,
service
information
can be viewed
from Tenant
Files, Unit Files,
and Property
Files. Assets
which are
being tracked
by the Asset
Management System will show the
last service date when they are
serviced using the Service Work
Order Enhancement.
