Customer Duplication Utility:
Allows you to catch customer duplications in your Sage MAS 90 • Sage MAS 200 system and either merge the records together, or delete exact matches.

The screen below shows the merge utility. This allows you to compare the two matches. Select the data that is correct by clicking on the appropriate radio button. The red X's denote non-matching data. When you click Update, the two accounts are merged into one. The third column at right is the end result of the merged data, and will be the new record in your customer data.

Customer Copy Utility:
Makes it easy to copy customer information from one Sage MAS 90 company to another. Move them from suspect to prospect to customer as their status changes.
