Perpetual Job Cost History (jc1048)

This EASY Solution™ to the standard Sage MAS 90 • Sage MAS 200 Job Cost module saves jobs purged during month end processing to custom History files. You have the option to restore saved jobs from Perpetual History to the standard Sage MAS 90 • Sage MAS 200 Job Cost files or to delete them permanently from the Perpetual History. Also with this EASY Solution™, you have the option to sort from History for the Job Masterfile Listing Report.

Perpetual Job Cost History saves jobs purged during month end processing to custom History files. You have the option to restore saved jobs from Perpetual History to the standard Sage MAS 90 • Sage MAS 200 Job Cost files or to delete them permanently from the Perpetual History.

A Job History Purge/Restore program is provided to either permanently delete the job from History or to Restore the job back to the standard Sage MAS 90 • Sage MAS 200 Job Cost files. The jobs you wish to purge or restore may be entered, via the selector screen, by entering a range of Job Numbers and Dates or by a list of specific Job Numbers. The list option is available by clicking the ‘List’ button on the selector screen. After the list selection process is complete, you may print the Batch Job Cost History Register. After the register is printed, you will be prompted to update.
