Alternate Unit of Measure (im1038)

This EASY Solution™ to the standard Sage MAS 90 • Sage MAS 200 Inventory and Sales Order modules adds an Alternate Unit of Measure (AUM), and Alternate Unit of Measure Factor (AUMF) to Product Line Maintenance and Item Maintenance. This factor is used to calculate a Quantity per Alternate Unit of Measure (QAUM), COST per Alternate Unit of Measure (CAUM) and PRICE per Alternate Unit of Measure (PAUM) available during Sales Order and S/O Invoice Entry Line Item Entry. During Line Item Entry, the Quantity Ordered, Unit Price, and Extension fields are back-calculated using the AUMF. If selected during Setup, an Alternate Unit of Measure Quantity on Hand (AQOH) can be maintained through Inventory Maintenance and updated through Inventory Adjustments, Physical Inventory, and Sales Order Journal Update. The AUM and the AUM factor are printed on the Inventory Item Listing. A Sales Journal Report has been added to the Sales Order Main menu, and the 13-Week Sales Report has been added to the Sales Order Report menu.
