Contact Manager feature is the ability to change a Contact
Code. If you standardize your contact codes, this gives
you the power to change a Contact Code whenever a customer
contact employee leaves the company or changes positions. |

you to set Preferences per contact as to the method
of communication they prefer, as well as the topics
they are interested in. This product works hand-in-hand
with Blytheco's FaxMaster and Email Manager enhancements.
When you are ready to generate a database to send your

of narrowing down your search criteria by the topics

Also included in Contact Manager is the
address synchronization feature. If company contact information
is changed, you will be prompted to update contact information.
The synchronization screen displays the customer and contact
information and highlights differing information, allowing
you to update or skip any field or contact. |
