Entering a Service Order |

You
can view a list of items that have been sold to the customer or that
you have serviced for the customer in the past. This list can be sorted
on virtually any data element that is stored with the item (e.g.,
by serial number, by item, by warranty date, etc.) You may also add
a new service item "on the fly", if the item being serviced
does not exist in the database.
