Hate the
hassle involved with refunds? Well, your worries are over with this
enhancement. Customer Refunds simplifies the process of creating
checks for Customer Credit Balances, allowing you to easily take
the credit balance amount and apply it to a vendor for payment processing.
Automatically copy Customer information to create a new Vendor on-the-fly!
Customer Refunds Entry is found on the Accounts Receivable Main
Menu. Select a Customer Number and this enhancement recalculates
the aging balance buckets and displays the current balance for that
customer.
If a credit balance shows, that amount will be transferred down
to the Refund Check Amount field and it then asks you to select
a Vendor for A/P for payment. |
