If you want to set up
Vendor Accounts quickly, then Blytheco’s Automatic
Next Vendor Number enhancement is for you.
Just like the standard feature in Sales Order Data Entry, our
enhancement allows you to automatically generate the next available
Vendor Number, based upon the starting sequence you set up
in Accounts Payable Options.
When you are ready to set up a new Vendor, all you have to
do is enter into Vendor Maintenance and either hit the button
or “N” or if you use divisions, type in the division
first, then hit the button or “N”, as shown below: |
