Integrated Tech Acquired by Blytheco, LLC.

Laguna Hills, California – December 19, 2007 – Leading Sage Software business partner Blytheco, LLC is pleased to announce that award-winning Sage CRM solutions partner Integrated Tech, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to join Blytheco as of January, 2008.  The acquisition will bring the team at Integrated Tech into the Blytheco family, strengthening Blytheco’s CRM practice and broadening Blytheco’s geographic coverage into the Denver metropolitan area.

Integrated Tech, Inc., led by Phil Sim, President and CEO, is based in Irvine, CA with an additional office in Denver, Colorado. The 11-person Integrated Tech team specializes in Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM products, and has been recognized as a member of Sage Software’s prestigious President’s Circle for the last two years.  Since 1999, Integrated Tech has served about 150 clients, assisting them with their front-office business requirements. Integrated Tech’s services include design, customization, implementation, consulting and training.
