Regional Sales Manager - Mendota Heights, MN



Position Summary:
Responsibilities include the sale of primarily Sage accounting and customer relationship management (CRM) software products as well as enhancements and other appropriate business solutions to prospective clients. Business solution sales focus would be for any of the following: product, implementation and support (software), network services (hardware), programming, training, web development and consulting services.

Position Requirements:
Must be a highly motivated individual who has a proven ability to prospect for new customers and cultivate and expand existing accounts to their fullest potential. Excellent time management, communication and listening skills required. Must have proven selling skills with a solid understanding of a solution selling approach. 5 plus years experience required. BA/BS preferred but not required. Sales background with Sage products highly preferred, but not required. Experience in Finance, Sales Automation, Business Process and/or Accounting a plus, but not required. Must have ability to effectively identify clients needs and requirements, provide recommendations and respond in a timely and appropriate manner. Responsible for effective and accurate coordination and presentation of sales proposal data to prospective and existing clients. Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook required. Travel may be required.
