Administrative Assistant - Atlanta, GA
Blytheco, LLC is seeking an experienced and energetic Administrative Assistant to support the Atlanta, Georgia office.
This position will function as the Office Manager / Administrative Assistant for our Atlanta, GA office. Responsible for phone coverage and support dispatch which is a shared responsibility for Administrative Assistants across all locations nationally. Provide friendly on site, and remote support for internal customers. Assist two primary functional areas within the organization.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Office Management / Administrative Support, including but not limited to: handling phones and customer support professionally and promptly, managing multiple projects pro-actively and in a timely manner, excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, ability to anticipate needs and work independently with limited direction. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, creating Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. Marketing experience / exposure is a plus.
Must type no less than 65 wpm. Experience Must have strong experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Candidate will be tested on typing speed and MS products. Desired knowledge of SalesLogix and GoToMeeting and having worked with web conference applications. Must be proficient with Internet search capabilities, electronic file management, scanning documents and importing images, pictures. Individual should have a high level of professionalism related to confidentiality, reliability, dependability, and integrity. Professional attire and personal grooming are expected and required for this position. Individual must have consistent and reliable attendance and customer service attitude (both internal and external) in order to be successful in this position.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
5+ years experience in Office Management or Administrative Assistant role required. BA/BS degree preferred.
