Stephen P. Blythe is CEO and founder of Blytheco, LLC. Over 30 years of business software and system design and implementation experience has provided him the insight and experience to help business leaders obtain their business goals. Blythe received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accountancy and Computer Science from Ohio State University. While working for the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, he focused on small business development, including financial forecasting and modeling. He was recruited to Ernst & Young to lead their small business computer consulting division. While at Ernst & Young, he began working with State of the Art, Inc., an accounting software company that later became Sage Software, Inc. Blythe started Blytheco in 1980 and developed the company into the leading provider and implementer of Sage business management solutions. He is based in Blytheco’s Laguna Hills, CA office. |

Ruth Menter leads the consulting team as President and COO of Blytheco, LLC and is based in the Atlanta, GA office. Her extensive experience in analyzing business processes has made her an expert in translating requirements into technical solutions. She provides guidance on delivering client solutions involving complex business systems. Before joining Blytheco, Ruth was a co-founder of Macdonald Consulting Group (MCG), a top Sage reseller. She also provided consulting and systems analysis through various CPA and computer consulting firms, spent four years as a human resources manager in a manufacturing operation, and has several years experience managing accounting functions. Ruth received her Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany and her Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. |

Nicholas Hoad is Executive Vice-President Technology Solutions in Blytheco’s Atlanta, GA office. Nicholas oversees Blytheco’s research and development efforts and co-leads the Sage ERP X3 initiative. Nicholas has extensive experience in custom programming and multi-systems integration, including the development of several new modules for the MAS 90, MAS 200, and SalesLogix product lines. Prior to his work at Blytheco, he was the lead developer at Sage Software, publisher of MAS 90 and MAS 200 accounting software, where he designed and developed key applications. Nicholas is a 1983 graduate of the Sixth Form College, Farnborough, England. |

Mike Augello, Director, joined the organization in 2002. Mike has over twenty years of senior management experience including serving as CEO of several mid-sized organizations. He has also served on the Board of Directors of several organizations. Mike and his former partners sold their manufacturing and distribution business ($125 Million in revenues) to a publicly-traded company in April, 1998. Mike started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG in New York in 1978 after graduating from Adelphi University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Danny Baker, Vice President of Development in the Greenville, SC office, has over fifteen years of product implementation, development, and support experience with major professional service organizations. He was a founder and Principal of Baker Consulting, LLC, and is a certified Sage Master Developer. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, he has earned a MCSE designation from Microsoft and maintains several other industry certifications. |

Tim Baker, CPA, CMA, is Vice President of Consulting, based in the Columbia, SC office. Tim was a founder and Principal of South Carolina-based Baker Consulting, LLC, and has over seventeen years of business consulting experience in the public and private sector and extensive experience in system selection, design and implementation. Tim leads the MAS 500 consulting team and co-leads the X3 initiative. |

Judy Peterson, Vice President, Consulting in Blytheco’s Minneapolis, MN office. Judy joined Blytheco LLC in July of 2008 as Vice President of Consulting. Prior to joining Blytheco, she was founder of Minnesota-based Automated Business Solutions, Inc., a leading Sage Software business partner. Judy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and has over 20 years experience in the industry. |

Phil Sim is Blytheco’s Vice President of CRM, and works from the Denver, CO office. Previously, he founded Integrated Tech, Inc., a two-time Sage President’s Circle member and member of Sage Software’s Business Partner Advisory Council, and led the company to double-digit growth each year in its nine-year history. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University at Pomona in Computer Science. Phil specializes in business process evaluation and workflow optimization, and his expertise with Customer Relationship Management systems and vertical applications contribute to his leadership of Blytheco’s CRM division. |

Stuart M. Langer, CPA is Vice President of Sales in Blytheco’s Atlanta, GA office. Stuart has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement and front-office operations. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, and then founded the information consulting division of the largest regional CPA firm in Georgia. He then joined an international software vendor where he led a services business unit responsible for a third of the United States while also directing the firm’s global hospitality practice. He served as the global back office solution architect for a large private equity organization where he also managed ERP vendor relationships. Stuart is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Georgia and earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Finance at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA. |

Anne Alario, Controller in Blytheco’s Laguna Hills, CA office. Anne’s experience includes serving as the Financial Controller/CFO for automotive parts re-manufacturer for thirteen years. The company grew from $20 Million to $500 Million in that time through multiple mergers and acquisitions. She was responsible for system and accounting department integration as well as financial reporting. CFO for automotive styling parts distributor for three years. Anne received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from the University of California Los Angeles. |

Donna Baeza, Director, HR & HR Business Solutions. She has over fifteen years of experience in HR management and serves as an industry expert for the company’s HRMS division. Donna serves as a Board Member for Sage Software’s Product Advisory Council for their HRMS product line and is an industry and HRMS product expert for the Blytheco Sales and Consulting teams. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University, a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). |
