Stephen P. Blythe is the CEO of Blytheco. With over thirty years in the accounting software industry, Stephen is a recognized authority in the design, implementation and support of Business Software including ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting and management reporting systems. He has been at the forefront of integrating computers and software into corporate accounting, sales and business environments. He is a CPA with experience from Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young and is a graduate of Ohio State University. Stephen belongs to the California Society of CPAs and Ernst & Young's Alumni Board. He also serves on the board of numerous non-profit organizations, including Liga International, Pacific and American Bonanza Society. Stephen was honored as the 2004 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
 
Lori Seal


Lori Seal
is Chief Operating Officer at Blytheco, overseeing the core operational activities at Blytheco, including sales, marketing, finance, and professional services. Her diverse skill set includes strategy, product portfolio, sales and channel, marketing, finance, support, internal operations, and acquisitions. Lori was previously with a top Microsoft Gold Dynamics AX partner, where she led the mid-market SaaS ecommerce division. Prior to that, she spent over 13 years at Sage, in roles spanning finance, operations, strategy, market intelligence, and corporate development (M&A). Lori serves on the Ethical Edge, an organization dedicated to promoting ethics in our collective workplaces, communities and homes and is a member of OCTANe, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting innovation and entrepreneurialism in the OC. She is based in Laguna Hills, CA.

 

Phil Sim
is Blytheco’s Vice President of Professional Services, and works from the Denver, CO office. Phil Sim previously served as Vice President of Blytheco’s CRM Division. Previously, he founded Integrated Tech, Inc., a Sage President’s Circle member and member of Sage Software’s Business Partner Advisory Council, and led the company to double-digit growth each year in its nine-year history. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University at Pomona in Computer Science. Phil specializes in business process evaluation and workflow optimization, and his expertise with Customer Relationship Management systems, integrated ERP/CRM solutions and vertical applications contribute to his leadership of Blytheco’s Professional Services division.


Jeffrey Gregorec
is Blytheco’s Vice President of Sales, and is tasked with growing and developing our sales team. Jeff has over eighteen years of senior sales executive leadership experience and has held executive level positions with five companies including most recently Sage. With a resume including nearly $1 billion in sales, he has managed teams as large as ninety people and has customer experiences ranging from small business through Fortune 100 as well as state, local and federal governments. Jeffrey is a graduate of Arizona State University, a member of a number of several business and civic organizations, including an executive member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee and proud husband and father.

 
Apryl Hanson


Apryl Hanson,
Director of Customer and Partner Strategy working remotely in California. Apryl has more than 15 years of management experience with the software industry, including service as Director of Partner Programs and Development and Director of Sales at Sage. Most recently she was Director of Sales and Marketing with Attitude POSitive, Inc., a retail software company, where she oversaw successful customer loyalty, sales training, and marketing alliance programs. In her spare time, Apryl is an award-winning choreographer who has taught dance for fifteen years, and published singer-songwriter.

 

Anne Alario
, Controller in Blytheco’s Laguna Hills, CA office. Anne’s experience includes serving as the Financial Controller/CFO for automotive parts re-manufacturer for thirteen years. The company grew from $20 Million to $500 Million in that time through multiple mergers and acquisitions. She was responsible for system and accounting department integration as well as financial reporting. CFO for automotive styling parts distributor for three years. Anne received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from the University of California Los Angeles.
 

Donna Baeza, SPHR, MCIPD Director, HR & HRMS Solutions. She has over seventeen years of experience in HR management and serves as industry expert for the company’s HRMS division. Donna also serves as a Board Member for Sage Software’s Product Advisory Council for their HRMS product line. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University, and a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine. Donna is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.
 

Doug Hart, Sage 500 and Sage ERP X3 Practice Manager. Doug has over twenty years of management experience including serving as the ERP Manager for Boston based Parent, McLaughlin & Nangle CPAs. Doug oversees Blytheco's Florida ERP Consulting Practice, providing project management, business analysis, implementation, and training services. Doug began his career as Controller of a privately held manufacturing and distribution business with revenues of $15 million after graduating in 1986 from Bentley College in Waltham, MA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
