Collect-It is designed to un-install itself through either running setup again or via the Windows Add-Remove Programs utility.  Please note the un-install will not remove the fields added to data files or remove the data accumulated.  These fields will continue to show in ODBC, although this is in no way harmful to your system.  Please contact Blytheco, LLC. if you wish to have the data fields removed, or enhancements made.
