Purge Collection Transactions

How to get here: From the MAS 90 Launcher Menu, click on Accounts Receivable, then Utilities, then select Purge Collection Transactions.

What this screen does: The Purge Collection Transactions is controlled by the run number assigned. It will delete transactions on file. It will not transmit anything to GreenFlag or change the status for transactions already transmitted to GreenFlag.

Run Number: Each time you generate a Collections Export File, a Run Number is assigned. The run number is incremented and unique to that Export File.

Warning: This means there is no way to flag a transaction as paid to GreenFlag after purging its transaction record without manual intervention. We recommend you maintain a periodic backup of MAS 90 company and data.
