A/R Collection Export Report

Generate the Collections Export File

To get to this screen: From the MAS 90 Launcher Menu, click on Accounts Receivable, then Reports, then Accounts Receivable Collection Export Report.

What this does: This panel allows you to generate a Collections Export Report and a Collections Export File. This file contains collections data that you will later send to GreenFlag so that they can begin the collections process. You can also generate a printed version of the Collections Data File from this screen.

The Collection Export Report is similar to the Aged Receivable report with fewer options. When run, a temporary file is created and the report printed. Each run is assigned a run number which prints on the report. Next a prompt to update is displayed. If update is selected, the Collections Data export file is created. The file may be deleted later by purging the run number using the Purge Collections Transactions screen.

Sort Report By: When the Consolidate selection is “Individual Invoice” the report may be sorted by the fields shown below. Any other Consolidate selection is limited to the Customer Number Sort only.

Collections Export Path: This will be path to the the folder that the Collections Export file will be saved in. Collect-It creates a folder called "Collections" in the MAS90\Home\Textout\ directory upon installation. Transmittal and management of the files is currently manual.

Aging Date: Select the date you want Aging to calculate to.

Report Detail Option: This controls the level of detail on the report only.

Select Tab

The Select Tab defaults to the standard report selection options.

Click on "print" to print export report:

Clicking "Yes" generates the Collection Export File (that you will next upload to GreenFlag)

Next: Upload your Collections Export File to GreenFlag using the Collection Options Panel
