Customer Maintenance/Customer Inquiry

Manage your collections. Changes made will be incorporated into the next Collections Data File export.

To get to this screen: From the MAS 90 Launcher Menu, click on Accounts Receivable, then Main, then either Customer Maintenance or Customer Inquiry.

What this screen does: This screen allows you to view and manage your collections accounts. Any changes you make will be incorporated into the next Collections Export File upload to GreenFlag.

A new tab ("Collect") exists on the Customer Maintenance and Customer Inquiry. The ability to view and modify the tab is controlled by the user’s role. The fields are exactly the same as the Collections Options only they apply specifically to an individual customer. A grid of the transactions is shown. A newly added transaction automatically gets an Open status. It can be changed to Cancel or Suspend. Any change will be effective after the next Collections Payment Report Update. Once changed to either Cancel or Suspend and updated, the status may not be changed back. Use with care.
 

In Collection Invoice View:

"In Collection" is the default on this screen.
 

Excluded Invoice View:
Excluded Invoice View
This grid is displayed when the “Excluded” button is clicked. Invoices may be re-included by clicking the exclude check box and then clicking the Accept button. Invoice Inquiry drill down is available from clicking the Invoice Number or Header Sequence number in the grid.
 

Late Invoice View:
Late Invoice View
This grid is displayed when the “Late” button is clicked. Invoices may be excluded by clicking the exclude check box and then clicking the Accept button. Invoice Inquiry drill down is available from clicking the Invoice Number or Header Sequence number in the grid.
