Which accounts do you want to target for collections?
Before beginning this process, think about the type of accounts that you would want to send over to Greenflag. What account do you want a collection agency to either politely or more firmly follow up on? Many Greenflag clients are happy to use the $10 flat fee service and send any accounts that are over 30 days past due. However you need to think about which accounts you would like to have us send collection agency letterhead that firmly requests payment. The payments come to your office, and NO Percentages are charged. The Greenflag service can collect money and keep your client coming back for more service through an inital dignified approach. The contact in the written demands will get more agressive as time goes by. We tell them that the money needs to be sent to your office immediately. Keep in mind that the older an account is, the harder it is to motivate them to pay. For all of thes various reasons, many of our clients send us accounts that are only 30 or 60 days past due. Any of your clients that have ignored 2 or more of your invoices are certainly candidates for a local collection agency written demand from Greeflag Profit Recovery by Transworld Systems.
Keeping all the above in mind, decide on the parameters that will pull the first batch of data from your MAS 90 program that you want to send to Greenflag. Decide on the size of the balances, the age of the accounts and either a firm approach for older accounts or a diplomatic approach for potential repeat clients that just starting to pay slowly. Also dGetting Started with Collect-Itecide if you want your accounts who pay, to always get a thank you letter from Greenflag. When you notify us that they have paid you, the code that is set up here will always tell us to send them a thank you letter, reminding them that they can do business with you again.
