Listening to your system - what is it trying to tell you?
How do you know when your data is trying to tell you something?
Most companies rely on reports – reams of them. Chances are, if you poke your head into an executive’s or manager’s office these days, you’ll see their head buried in a report. But that’s not listening to your data’s voice – that’s searching for it.

Donna Baeza, SPHR, is Blytheco's Director, HR & HR Business Solutions. She is based in the Laguna Hills, CA office.
Your favorite quote: I love quotes so choosing a favorite one will be difficult. I’ll give a few:
- Do one thing every day that scares you - Eleanor Roosevelt
- How others treat me is their path. How I respond is mine – Anonymous
- Trust your hopes, not your fears - Alexander Lockhart
Who is your role model and why? My family, I am so very fortunate to have been blessed with such a wonderful, loving, supportive family. Beyond that, I would say the ordinary individual who decides to do extraordinary things.
What do you like best about working at Blytheco? One of the things I like best about working at Blytheco is the leadership team. We have a team that is passionate about the company, our employees and our customers. As a team member working directly with them – that means everything to me. I also appreciate that we are not an organization that is clinging to the past. As an organization we are always looking forward and while that means frequent change, which can often be challenging, it is also very exciting to know that you are a part of an organization that has a pulse and is deliberate in its desire to succeed.
